Terms

1. Deposit is due before scheduling. Remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the work.
2. Work areas must be reasonably accessible. The customer will disclose known underground utilities, irrigation, septic components, hidden structures, and property-line concerns before work begins.
3. Weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, permitting, utility conflicts, or other circumstances outside the contractor’s reasonable control may affect scheduling.
4. Unless specifically included in the scope, stump grinding, wood removal, firewood cutting, hauling, permits, traffic control, utility work, and restoration of landscaping are excluded.
5. Changes or added work must be approved and may change the price and completion date.
6. The customer confirms authorization to order the work at the service address.
